Throughout my career, I have found the hedgehog (either color) to be one of the most difficult positions to master. With white (the side with more space) there is always the danger of overexerting yourself (or missing the opponent's pawn breakthrough). With black (the side with less space) there is always the danger of mistime the pawn breakthrough, or simply not getting any counterplay and being overrun.
