Chess Tigers Review
The booklet is particularly useful as a guide for newcomers. It contains the most important points that beginners should consider: for example, how to find a chess club, which YouTube channels are the best for beginners and generally what you should concentrate on at the beginning.
The booklet is in DIN A4 format and has a lovely graphic design. The QR code on the first page also leads to an electronic version of the booklet. This is helpful for following the numerous links that are referenced in the booklet.
The author of the booklet is the moderator of the Schachgeflüster podcast Michael Busse, who also wrote the book "The Chess Booster".
The last 16 tips in the booklet are aimed primarily at parents or children's chess teachers. It would certainly be more useful to list these in a separate booklet, as this part is aimed at a completely different target group. However, this should not detract from the value of the booklet.
Chess Tigers Rating: 4.5 out of 5 points
