The book begins with a "theoretical" explanation section. Then there are 102 practice positions, which naturally increase according to the principle "from simple to complicated" (the division is of course to be understood as relative).
A good technique for realizing an advantage is useful in all areas of the game, which is why positions from the opening, the middlegame and especially the endgame are included, not only from practical games but also from some studies.
